At Biola University, Graduate & Family Student Housing is more than just a place to live, it's a vibrant, supportive community designed to help you thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

We offer two distinct housing options to meet the unique needs of our students.

  1. Graduate Housing: Designed for single, unmarried graduate students, these double-occupancy suite-style units provide an affordable and community-oriented living environment.
  2. Family Housing: Tailored for married students or students with dependents under the age of 18, our family units offer a more private space ideal for studying and raising a family.

In alignment with the university’s mission, Graduate & Family Student Housing contributes to the well-being and academic success of our students by offering safe, affordable housing in a culturally diverse, Christ-centered community.

As a resident, you'll also have the opportunity to engage in meaningful programs and activities that support your out-of-classroom learning. Most importantly, you’ll become part of a once-in-a-lifetime community that encourages connection, growth, and belonging.

Our Resident Director and Community Advisors are here to walk alongside you, offering resources, creating purposeful programming, and ensuring you feel seen, known, and supported during your time at Biola.
