Built in 1990, the Welch Apartment Building is part of what is known as 'The Bluff,' which also includes Thompson Hall and the Li apartment building. Welch is designed for undergrad students who have accumulated 60 units by the first day of fall classes. It is staffed by a Resident Director.

ӣ����Ƶ Welch Apartments

Located across the bridge from main campus on the “Bluff,” Welch apartments provide an off-campus living-experience with on-campus convenience. There are 15, one-bedroom apartments, which house three residents each. Each of the three floors have individual laundry rooms and elevator access, and share an open-aired patio on the first floor with patio tables and two barbecues.
