The School of Science, Health & Technology invites you to a special virtual lecture with Dr. Sarah Templeton, Associate Professor of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner and Associate Director of Nursing at Biola University.
Dr. Templeton (DNP, Abilene Christian University) will explore the theological concept of finitude, what it means to live as a finite being in a Christian worldview and its implications for nursing practice, leadership and patient care. This topic is central to Biola’s DNP curriculum, especially in courses like Theology of Human Flourishing & Finitude.
Dr. Templeton will share her expertise on the topic and how biblical perspectives on human finitude can shape and enrich the nursing profession. We’ll also provide more information about Biola’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, and faculty will be available to answer your questions
Earn 1 FREE CEU for participating.
Spaces are limited — if you’re interested in the DNP or want to deepen your understanding of faith and nursing, please RSVP to receive the Zoom link.
We look forward to having you with us!
