Eileen Soto is an adjunct faculty member in the online BA Psychology program at Biola University. She teaches courses such as Psychology Capstone and Statistics for Research, designing ePortfolio-based experiences that integrate reflection, applied research, and career preparation. With a background in higher education assessment and leadership, she brings a practical and student-centered approach to the classroom. Eileen also serves as Senior Director of Assessment & ALO at Loyola Marymount University, where she leads initiatives in student learning, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness. She is passionate about helping students connect their education to purposeful work, lifelong learning, and service.
